Supposedly he is an oil Sheikh and is throwing out $2M for some kind of event or something I don’t know it all looks absurd. And supposedly the money he throws is not dollars or Syrian Pounds or Saudi Riyals, if you ever been in a Syrian night club you can buy a whole stack of fake money (usually with the night club logos on it) for 500 Syrian Pounds which is $10 so judging by the amount he threw I’d say it was about $200 at best…
