CCTV Shows Man Swinging Cat By Its Tail (VIDEO)
I whip my cat back and forth! I whip my cat back and forth! The cat is real… supposedly the cat is fine, it’s just emotionally distraught… which I assume for a cat means absolutely nothing.
This CCTV footage shows a man cruelly swinging a defenseless cat by its tail in Ramsgate, Kent. RSPCA would like this man to be identified and punished. Anyone with information please contact RSPCA or the police.
